I am very passionate about our breed and strive to produce beautiful, sound, well tempered, and healthy Australian Shepherds for show, performance & active companionship. Woodland Australian Shepherds is located in Napanee, Ontario. I home raise my dogs and my priority is their health and happiness. Each litter we raise is planned with great care and consideration for temperament, health and soundness. We raise our puppies in our home, with puppy culture and ENS/ESI. Puppies are placed based on temperament to assure each puppy is going to a home that will suit their individual needs.

The Australian Shepherd is a wellbalanced dog of medium size and bone. They are attentive and animated, showing strength and stamina combined with unusual agility. Slightly longer than tall, they has a coat of moderate length and coarseness with colouring that offers variety and individuality in each specimen.
The Australian Shepherd is primarily a working dog of strong herding and guardian instincts. He is an intelligent, exceptional companion. He is versatile and easily trained: performing his assigned tasks with great style and enthusiasm. He is reserved with strangers but does not exhibit shyness.
